The Custom Distribution panel was on the Perfect preset, which puts Amazing Chance at 100 and Great, Ok and Bad all at 0, with the Timing Offset sitting in the middle at 0. If you want your runs to look like a real player, Humanized Timing has presets like Precise plus Timing Bias, Timing Jitter, Consistency (100 here) and Mistake Chance.
